Praise the Glory of His Grace

Through sinful pride my soul was stained,

And cursed for death lest born again.

But precious blood for life exchanged,

And upon the wind His spirit came,

to reveal my sin and confess disdain

for the transgressions that caused my Savior’s pain;

and through sorrow new nature attained

to bow before the King who reigns

and by grace alone in tears proclaim

He is worthy, O glorify His name!
